In our Personal Coaching/Development program we focus on your specific situation, needs and wishes. We also focus on your strengths and pitfalls and how you can balance both.  Personal Coaching/Development is all about your personal growth, development and happiness in your professional and private life.

From a holistic perspective we address the following 3 pillars:
1) Mental wellbeing (behaviour/culture/positive attitude)  
2) Nutrition (orthomolecular consultancy)
3) Physical exercise (customized)
 

Approach

  • Intake: determine current situation and what you want to work on and determine desired situation
  • Method:
    • Cognitive behavioural change/Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
    • Orthomolecular nutritional recommendations
    • Lifestyle and physical exercise recommendations 
  • Duration: dependent on your specific situation, needs and wishes on average between 5-10 sessions of approximately 1 hour. Number of sessions can vary on request.

Our hourly rate p.p. is € 90,= an hour ex. VAT
