After the busy year and the holidays mums need to recharge and what better way to do so then by detoxing. During our inspiring, interactive, introductionary workshop we will tell you all about how to get back on track with healthy food, exercise and mindset. Get more energy and get back into shape.

Carmen and Mabel are professionals in the field of nutrition, exercise and mindset and above all Love Life.
